Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Welcome to Reliability4All!
This document is made up by the terms & conditions of use and the privacy policy ("Terms") whose aim is to govern the interaction you have with Reliability4All and its related services ("Services"). It is important for you to read and understand all these Terms in their entirety and acknowledge that by using or accessing our Services you agree to be unrestrictedly bound to them.
Our Services are offered exclusively for individual professionals interested in improving the strategies in relation to physical assets management. Reliability4All is a set of tools based on Reliability Engineering concepts, being a system to support individual professionals to improve the Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Safety of their products, equipment, and systems.
Acceptance & Consent
Please note that the acceptance of these Terms is mandatory for the access and use of the Services. You shall not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept these Terms either by:
(i) clicking to accept or agree to these Terms, where this option is made available to you by us in the user interface for any Service; or
(ii) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that we will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
Except for the situations expressly foreseen herein, we will not share your data and content with others. How we collect and use your information is also explained in our ,Privacy Policy in Section II of these Terms.
SECTION I - TERMS OF USE
1. Use of the Services
You are entirely responsible for your conduct while using the Services, and therefore you must not act in order to cause any damage, disturb, prevent from, or in any other way jeopardize the Services and its other users (e.g. hacking, exhibiting illegal content, unauthorized disclosure of third-party intellectual property or of personal data that may violate privacy rights of other parties, or spamming).
2. Compatibility and Accessibility
To access the R4All platform, we advise the use of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers, which are approved. The platform may operate on other non-approved browsers, but some functions or responsiveness issues may not behave as designed for the approved browsers. It is necessary that the JavaScript emulator is enabled in the browser used.
The R4All platform was designed to be used on personal computers (PCs), desktops and notebooks. The platform is not intended for use on cell phones or tablets, and therefore you may experience issues and/or difficulty in using the Services if using through any such means. There is no minimum specification for processing or memory for the computer or the internet connection. Depending on the quality / speed of your processor and internet connection, the response speed of mathematical and statistical calculations may vary. We are not responsible for the quality of your internet connection. The resolution specification for using the platform is 1366 x 768 pixels or higher.
The Services involve the granting of one sole license for You. Although you will not be required to pre-approve your devices for accessing the R4All platform, you will only be able to maintain one sole active access at a time; it will not be allowed simultaneous logins through any other form or device.
The R4All platform is currently only available in English, however, other languages may be available in the future.
3. Plans
The available plans are: "Basic Reliability Suite", "Standard Reliability Suite", and "Advanced Reliability Suite".
The R4All plans include the following System Modules:
i) Module LDA - Life Data Analysis
ii) Module RGA - Reliability Growth Analysis
iii) Module DA - Degradation Analysis
iv) Module RTD - Reliability Test Design
v) Module WA-NRI - Warranty Analysis - Non-Repairable Items
vi) Module WA-RI - Warranty Analysis - Repairable Items
vii) Module LTD - Left Truncated Data
viii) Module SPF - Spare Part Forecast
ix) Module LSM - Life Stress Models
These modules can be used in all their functionalities but with restrictions according to the chosen plan.
A) Demo Version (31 days):
Demo versions can be available from time to time.
In this plan you can use all System Modules of the R4All platform, but with a restriction of a maximum of 20 analysis. Demo Versions will be available only once for each user.
After expiration of the Demo Version you will still be able to log in into the system for an additional period of 6 months, even if you did not opt to purchase any of the available paid plans. During this period, however, you will only be able to consult the analysis performed during the Demo Version period ("Viewer Mode").
In the Viewer Mode, you will be able to access all the analyzes already created, but you will not be able to add / change any new data to an existing analysis / item, nor will you be able to add a new analysis or a new item in any of the modules.
B) Basic Reliability Suite:
This paid plan gives you access to the following modules with all their functionalities:
i) Module LDA - Life Data Analysis
ii) Module RGA - Reliability Growth Analysis
iii) Module DA - Degradation Analysis
iv) Module RTD - Reliability Test Design
At this paid plan, there are no restrictions on the number of analyzes for the contracted period. When contracted period ends, if user does not acquire a new plan, they will be turned into Viewer Mode
C) Standard Reliability Suite:
This paid plan gives you access to the following modules with all their functionalities:
i) Module LDA - Life Data Analysis
ii) Module RGA - Reliability Growth Analysis
iii) Module DA - Degradation Analysis
iv) Module RTD - Reliability Test Design
v) Module WA-NRI - Warranty Analysis - Non-Repairable Items
vi) Module WA-RI - Warranty Analysis - Repairable Items
vii) Module LTD - Left Truncated Data
viii) Module SPF - Spare Part Forecast
At this paid plan, there are no restrictions on the number of analyzes for the contracted period. When contracted period ends, if user does not acquire a new plan, they will be turned into Viewer Mode
D) Advanced Reliability Suite
This paid plan gives you access to the following modules with all their functionality:
i) Module LDA - Life Data Analysis
ii) Module RGA - Reliability Growth Analysis
iii) Module DA - Degradation Analysis
iv) Module RTD - Reliability Test Design
v) Module WA-NRI - Warranty Analysis - Non-Repairable Items

viii) Module SPF - Spare Part Forecast
ix) Module LSM - Life Stress Models
At this paid plan, there are no restrictions on the number of analyzes for the contracted period. When contracted period ends, if user does not acquire a new plan, they will be turned into Viewer Mode.
E) Payment Method:
The Reliability4All platform gives you different payment methods that it can be used to acquire all the plans described respectively in item 3 topics " B", "C" and "D". The payment methods are:
Subscription : In this method the platform will automatically process the monthly payment for the acquired plan.
Fixed Period Plan : In this method, you will pay the total amount in advance and earn a discount depending on the number of months acquired, according the options:
- 1 month - No discount
- 6 months - 10% discount over the chosen plan (item 3 topics " B", "C" and "D")
- 12 months - 20% discount over the chosen plan (item 3 topics "B", "C" and "D")
4. Renewal of the Plan
For the Subscription payment the plan is automatically renewed every month. Subscription payment method can be cancelled at any time. After three years, the subscription will automatically be canceled and the user will need to renew it manually.
For the Fixed Period Plan you must pay close attention to the expiration date of your then current plan to renew it, since there is no automatic renewal. Five days before the selected plan's expiration date, an email notice will be sent to you.
On the expiration date of your selected plan, you will receive a new notice by e-mail informing that you can renew it or upgrade it to one of the available plans
In case you decide not to renew or upgrade the Services (including all payment methods), the Viewer mode period will start. In the Viewer Mode, you will be able to access all the analyzes already created, but you will not be able to add / change any new data to an existing analysis / item, nor will you be able to add a new analysis or a new item in any of the modules.
5. Cancellation of the Services
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel our Services if your behavior is not in compliance with the conditions set out herein. Should any such situation occur, the suspension can also apply to the Viewer Mode.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime. In order to cancel it, you can simply go to the "Profile" link, located at the top right of the Reliability4All Platform screen after logging into the system, and go to the "Plans" tab.
There you will find a button called "Cancel Subscription". By clicking on this button, you will be able to cancel the recurrent payments. There will be no refunds for the amounts already paid and your current plan will be available until the end of the current paid period. For refunds of any kind, users must get in touch with the Support team.
Fixed Period Plan Cancellation
For fixed period plans, PayPal allows a full refund if you cancel your acquisition within seven days after purchasing, which will be paid within 60 days. You can ask the refund clicking on the "Cancel Plan" button on the "Plans" tab.
After that seven-day period expires, the button will no longer be enabled and in case of cancellation at your mere convenience you may send an email to our help desk. The refund of the pre-amount paid may take place after analyzing the request, in which case it will be proportional to the balance of the purchased period after deducting a 20% fee to cover our administrative costs.
Upon cancellation of the Services and/or after expiration of the Viewer Mode period, you will have a 5-day period to make a backup and retrieve all your information, files and other relevant data stored in our servers during the period of use of our Services. After the aforementioned period, we will be entitled to definitively delete all and any files and data without incurring any liability whatsoever.
6. Upgrades and Downgrades
Under both payment methods (subscription and fixed period plan), you will be able to upgrade for a higher plan. For example:
- "Basic Reliability Suite" to "Standard Reliability Suite"
- "Basic Reliability Suite" to "Advanced Reliability Suite"
- "Standard Reliability Suite" to "Advanced Reliability Suite"
During the upgrade process you can also change the payment method. In any upgrade the platform will calculate the remaining time until the end of the current period (time not yet consumed) and use this period to calculate a bonus amount that will be applied to the upgrade total amount.
Important Notes :
- In case the bonus amount of the current plan is greater than the plan you want to purchase, the platform will not process the upgrade automatically. In this situation you can contact our support team at support@reliability4all.com .
- The platform will not process downgrades automatically. In this situation you can contact our support team at support@reliability4all.com .
As examples of Downgrades:
o "Standard Reliability Suite" to "Basic Reliability Suite"
o "Advanced Reliability Suite" to "Standard Reliability Suite"
o "Advanced Reliability Suite" to "Basic Reliability Suite"
7. Hosting Services and Remote Access
The Services are offered through the granting of a non-exclusive and individual SaaS license, and we may use specialized third-party host to make the Services available and to hold and maintain any and all data stored therein. We will endeavor our best efforts to make the Services available 24/7 throughout the term of validity of your chosen plan.
However, we do not guarantee any minimum availability period, and under no circumstances we will assume liability for damages, including loss of profit, accidental, consequential, special or any other damages or indemnifications of whatever nature, as a result of any situation or act that give cause to the failure to access the Services and/or your database.
8. Reliability4All' Proprietary Rights
These terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in relation to the Services or the R4All platform, source codes, user interface, scripts, system or any other mathematical code, interactive features, photos, sounds, music, audio-visual combinations, images, logos, texts, trademarks, other brand features or content developed for or by us ("Intellectual Property Rights").
All Intellectual Property Rights and other technology we use to provide the Services are protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the Intellectual Property.
9. Reliability4All' Contents
We do not claim any ownership or intellectual rights in any information, images, files, or whatever that you may place in our website when using Reliability4All ("Content").
You retain all your ownership rights in your Content, and you are solely responsible for the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any Content, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein, and we expressly disclaim any and all liability in connection with the Content.
You represent and warrant that you have (and will continue to have during your use of the Service) all necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions that are required for you to post or upload any Content. Furthermore, you agree that you will not post or upload any Content which contains material which it is unlawful for you to possess or which it would be unlawful for us to use or possess in connection with the provision of the Service.
We will not be responsible for any misleading or incorrect information, as well as for the lawfulness of the files, or any kind of information you may have insert while using our Services.
We are also not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of any data or information included in the Content. We will not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by you in connection with the application of failed results obtained through the Services which were caused by the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any data or information included in the Content.
At any time, we may interfere in our Services in order to review any content on the website we find inappropriate, whether it comes from our users or from third parties (for instance publication of illegal content, matters of public concern, etc.). 10. Advertising Policy
Through paid advertisement, advertisers will be able to offer their products and services according to our users' profile and interests, which may be published in our R4All platform.
Our goal is to offer simple, relevant and safe advertising, so we will not place any information that is considered false or misleading, promotes illegal products, or in any other way misrepresents our objectives. As for that, we reserve the right to reject or cancel any ad we may consider inappropriate.
Although we try to do our best to provide safe information, it is impossible for us to evaluate each product and service advertised on our website. Thus, we do not hold any liability for ad's content or how our customers make use of such advertising obtained in our website. If you want to know how we collect, analyze, and match the information between our users and our advertisers, please check our Privacy Policy.
We do not share any corporate information about our customers that are not related to our Services (for instance, customers' stock, accounting, and financial information). However, we may share statistical or demographic information with our partners to render or improve our services.
By creating your account to access the R4All Platform, you give us consent to receive marketing information from us via email at the email address indicated by you as your contact email address, with reservation that you have a right to withdraw your consent at any time.
11. Security
We take all the measures that are within our reach to offer you a safe environment while using and accessing our Services. But we cannot guarantee how our users handle with their own data, being entirely of your responsibility to use a secure connection and to maintain your account's information confidential (like passwords, credit card numbers, etc.).
You are fully responsible for your account and for any activity performed through it, regardless if you authorized that specific activity or not. In case you notice any suspicious modification in your account or if you lose your password and login, you should immediately communicate us about at:contact@Reliability4All.com.
12. Warranty and Disclaimer
THE R4ALL PLATFORM IS LICENSED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND FROM US INCLUDING FOR SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO OUR USERS FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR REFLEX DAMAGES, IN CONNECTION WITH OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, EXCEPT BY MALICIOUS OR CULPABLE, FAULTY, NEGLIGENT ACT OR OMISSION SET FORTH BY FINAL AND UNAPPEALABLE COURT DECISION.
13. About These Terms
These Terms contains a complete statement of all the arrangements between you and our company in connection with Services, and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, negotiations and discussions between us concerning that subject matter, whether oral or written.
If any part of these Terms is deemed to be null, void, illegal or incapable of being enforced by any rule of law or public policy, all other conditions and provisions herein will nevertheless remain in full force and an enforceable term will be made to fix such inaccuracies.
All disputes and conflict matter in connection with or related to these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be governed by and shall be resolved before the Courts with jurisdiction over your place of residence.
14. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be modified by us from time to time for many reasons, but rest assured that any substantial change will be communicated to you through email or will be posted on our website.
When these changes are made, you will be required to expressly review and decide whether you accept those changes or not. Any new additional terms will be made available to you from within, or through, the affected Services, and in case you do not agree with them you will be entitled to cancel the Services and be refunded, proportionally to the outstanding term of validity of the plan in force.
Either way, it will not be applied to previous facts but only to what takes place five (5) days as from the publication of such. If you remain using and accessing our Services, you will be acknowledging your understanding and acceptance of the new conditions and provisions.
SECTION II - PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
In order for you to have the most of our Services and as our company treats privacy as an important value, this policy express and explains our rules, procedures and general thoughts about how we proceed in collecting, storing, using, transferring and disclosing all users' information ("Privacy Policy").
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the R4All Platform and all its Services. This declaration does not apply to all the other products offered by our company.
1. Types of information we obtain:
We collect and store only information required for the regular use of Reliability4All, and therefore we may gather the following information:
(i) Information provided by users : while using our services, you will be asked to supply us with some basic information necessary to enable the use of Reliability4All's main features (such as you name and e-mail, company name, company activity, address, phone number, among others).
(ii) Log information : We keep track of how you use and access Reliability4All, in order to identify the type of device you are using, your machine's internet protocol, information you search on when using Reliability4All, operating system, geographic position, which type of analysis you are performing, how many and how often do you need them, among others.
(iii) Cookies : As for the users' interaction with Reliability4All, we use cookies to provide and improve our services, as well as to create more accurate and effective tailored advertising. Cookies are small piece of data sent by a website to be kept in a user's web browser, allowing websites to recognize and use the information obtained from previous visits to enhance future access by memorizing passwords, logins, visited links, etc. You may not accept cookies when browsing our website and/or Reliability4All, but in these situations we cannot guarantee their correct functioning. Cookies can be accepted, deleted or rejected through the management tools of the browser used by you or by setting your browser to anonymous mode. This way, your browser will not store your browsing history, website cookies and information provided in forms.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using Reliability4All, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
The veracity of the information and data provided by you is your responsibility, and its accuracy is extremely important so that we can carry out the treatment in an adequate manner to your interest. It is through this data that we will contact you and provide our products and services to you.
We will not retain or keep personal information for different purposes other than those set forth in this Privacy Policy.
2. How the personal information is used:
All the personal information collected and stored is destined specifically for Reliability4All' performance or tailored advertisement system, with the following objectives:
(i) Record keeping, use and improvement of our services and products : To maintain a high quality in your reliability system, in order to guarantee our customers' satisfaction.
(ii) Customization of our services : For a better experience, we will use your personal data and make cross-references with information furnished by our advertisers, in order to make you receive more suitable information to you and your interests.
(iii) Problems solutions : To avoid any errors, bugs or other malfunctions in Reliability4All, we will constantly make reports based on the experiences our users have gone through, with many details as possible to improve the quality of our Services and endeavor our best efforts to minimize the bugs and other problems you may experience using the Services;
(iv) Software updates and development of new services and events : to keep our users posted on any useful changes or improvements that would provide a better use of all the features of Reliability4All.
(v) Promotional and advertising activities: to periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting.
(vi) Displaying of the user's name in the user search : registered users are able to search other users' name within the Reliability4All platform, for the purpose of enabling direct sharing of analyzes performed under the platform.
3. Disclosure of Information:
We will not disclose, share or sell personal information to any company, organization or person that is not part of our corporate group unless in the following cases:
(i) In case you authorize to, whether choosing to give the information deliberately or when accessing Reliability4All through third party software (either through a plug-in or otherwise allowing the third-party software to receive information about you having accessed the respective page of our website);
(ii) Upon judicial order, public authority request or any other issue deemed of public importance.
(iii) Companies or people who provide services to or are in collaboration with our company, provided that these third parties fulfill similar obligations to those set forth in this Privacy Policy, e.g. advertisers.
(iv) Should a corporate restructuring of our company's group that involves transfer of information to third parties takes place, in which case we will promptly notify you about any modification regarding your personal information.
(v) To manage risks and detect, prevent and/or remedy fraud or other potentially illegal or prohibited activities, and violations of applicable policies or terms of use;
If you access our partners' functionalities or websites, you will be in another environment and subject to those partners' own practices and policies.
Our company is not responsible for any improper use made of your personal data which were disclosed under the terms of this Privacy Policy by other parties.
The sharing of your data may be done with entities located outside your country of residence. In such cases, the processing, treatment, use and sharing of data will be done in accordance with the Applicable Law and this Privacy Policy. In particular, when data originating from the European Economic Area is transferred to countries that have not been recognized by the competent authorities as offering an adequate level of protection, we ensure the use of appropriate tools and measures (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
4. Data Storage
We store your data in a safe place. At any time, you may request the display, correction or deletion of your data by contacting us at: contact@Reliability4All.com . We remind you that we may retain your collected data for legal compliance, auditing and preservation of rights, for as long as necessary to fulfill these responsibilities.
Your collected data will be stored in a secure and controlled environment. However, any damage and/or loss resulting from failures, viruses or database invasions of the websites, applications and services offered by us may occur, so we will spare no effort to ensure the security of your data by adopting measures of adequate security. If such events occur, we will notify affected users and all appropriate action will be taken.
Your data obtained may be stored on our own server or a third party hired for this purpose, whether located in Brazil or abroad, and may also be stored through cloud computing technology and/or others that may arise in the future, always aiming at improvement and improvement of our activities and your experience as a customer. In the event that we maintain our database on third-party servers, we will require the data to be stored in accordance with applicable legal security and control standards.
5. Non-Personal Information
Although we find personal information a big deal, all other information considered not-private or non-personal (which means it is not possible to identify or individualize whom the information is about) may be disclosed or used by us for any purpose.
6. Security
All the data electronically transmitted, collected and/or stored - such as passwords, usernames, name, address, phone numbers, etc. - is encrypted through a system.
Although we do our best to avoid unauthorized access by third parties to our data by adopting the best anti-hacking software and techniques, it is impossible to guarantee its full inviolability.
We remind you that you are responsible for the confidentiality, use and all acts in the use of Reliability4All (such as, but not limited to, login and password). If you identify or suspect that a third party has access to your password, you must change it directly in the systems or services, or ask us for assistance via the e-mail: contact@Reliability4All.com . Remember that sharing your login and password with third parties poses a risk to the security of your information and a violation of this Privacy Policy.
7. Information Changes
You will have the possibility - at any time - to access your profile in order to insert, correct or suppress personal information.
When logged into theReliability4All platform , you will also have the possibility to change the permission to make your username available in the platform's search field, through the Profile option, located in the upper right of the platform screen, and go to the "Account Information", where you can select your preferable permissions.
8. Privacy Policy Changes
This Privacy Policy may change from time to time by several reasons. However, if any substantial modification is carried out, we will definitely keep you updated through our Reliability4All' website or e-mail.
If you continue to use our services after the new Privacy Policy is published, we will consider you have accepted all its terms.
9. Data Maintenance and Expiration of the Plan
If you do not renew to a new paid plan after the expiration of the Demo Version 31 days or any of the paid plans in case you have already a paid plain, you only will be able to access your account and created analyzes in the "Viewer" format. In the "Viewer" format, you will be able to see all the analyzes already created, but you will not be able to add / change any new data to an existing analysis / item, nor will you be able to add a new analysis or a new item in any of the modules.
The Reliability4All platform will guarantee your user data / analysis in a "Viewer" format for six months after the expiration date of your chosen plan. After this period, if you do not renew to a new paid plan, all data, including your user's account, will be deleted from the system.
